As of Today iPhone users can access 4 million properties nationwide by downloading the new Realtor.com Real Estate Search iPhone app.  The app is free and compatible with iPhone OS 3.0 or higher and the iPod Touch. 
Customers can brouse homes and use the internal GPS to view the homes.  The app also has a one touch call button to the listing agent or they can program it to call their buying agent with a touch of the button.  Users can also search nerby open houses and increase open house traffic (for those who think they are a waste of time).  … (8 comments)

Every January 6th the citizens of Tarpon Springs, FL. gather to Celebrate the Greek Orthodox Celebration of Epiphany.  This tradition is to Give Blessing to The Boats and The Sea which provide the fishing villages of Greece and Tarpon Springs, FL. with it's livelyhood.
  The Epiphany Precession starts at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Tarpon Springs Florida and Travels down to the waterfront where Young Men dive into the Local waters to retrieve a symbolic cross.  The man who retrieves the cross and his family are blessed along with the waters and the boats of the village.
