What?  Working fro Free?  Phoey!!  That may have been my response before meeting my new customers.  Here's the Skinny......
Friend and Customer referred this nice young couple to me.  They are looking for a Rental.  Im all about it and call them back.  They begin to tell me that they rented a house and there was no working cooktop or refrigerator on day of move in.  HUH???  Security and First month Rent were Paid.  Hhhmmm, payment collected on a house that does not meet living requirements.  I shoot an email over to the "Property Manager" and within 24 hours they get … (6 comments)
