This morning I am in some serius back pain.  On tuesday I was standing and reached into my sachell on the table in front of me and *POP* I felt the muscles in my lower back pull and immediately stiffen up.  My office is in Spring Hill Florida and I had to get in my car (that was fun) and drive 25 minutes home to get paperwork for an appointment that night to sell some real estate in New Port Richey Florida.  I have been sitting on ice packs and taking my ibuprofen to keep my chance of sciatica down.  I … (0 comments)

The Deadline for Filing Your Homestead Exemption is March 1, 2013
