The MS Gulf Coast often reminds me of Jurassic Park clips because of the abundant and varied bird population. Note the birds in the distance on the photo below. This was one of my favorite piers to walk. Post Katrina, a fishing pier is not priority. We all learn to make do as the coast rebuilds....
