REgarding the areas of Long Beach, Pass Christian, N, SE, and SW Gulfport, West Harrison County, MS 
55 New listings ranging from $85K to $998K.
There were 53 price changes. All but 1 were price decreases. There was even a price decrease in a rental unit.

List to Close ratios are not disclosed as price reductions are not consistently included in the list to  close ratios.
