I'm hearing  that we as a society are using our third screen more and more for the information that we need.  The first being tv tha second being our PC and now the little screen on our cell/smart phones.  
Now I need to make sure all of my websites. blog sites and informational links are "Mobile Friendly".  I also need to have a QR code app for my blackberry and need to start using these funky looking box codes in my marketing       ,

   This all stems from the advice that I received from an experienced agent when I first came into the business.  He said, "It's our job to be the lifeguard while everyone else is splashing around in the pool"  It is more often explained that we need to take the emotion out of buying and selling.
