Welcome to the Market Conditions report for Sudbury MA. Market conditions in Sudbury continue to be mixed. Year-to-date there have been 74 closed sales (single-family homes) up from 52 for the first five months of 2006. The median sale price was also up - $671,500 vs. $588,250, while the average sale price was down - $722,244 vs. $765,686 last year; and the number of days on the market was up substantially - 210 vs. 151.
