The other day something reminded me that it was 17 years ago this week that I started in real estate. I'm not one for marking time and looking back, I'd rather focus on today, but whatever it was made me remember that first Patriots Day holiday when I thought real estate agents "had" to work on holidays. So, I put on my suit (my company didn't allow women to wear pants) and went to my new office. Of course, I had no idea what I was supposed to do there...

Stow Massachusetts: Welcome to the real estate/housing market conditions report for Stow MA. Currently, there are 49 single family homes for sale in Stow MA. Four of the forty-nine already have accepted offers waiting for contingencies to clear. Last year at this time there were 44 listings. List prices in Stow range from $177,000 for a total rehab or tear-down, to $1,095,000 for an antique home on 10+ acres.

Welcome to the Sudbury MA real estate market conditions report for April 2010. The overall supply of single family homes for sale in Sudbury is slightly higher than last year at this time - 122 homes compared with 118; however, the only price range with more homes on the market is $1 million to $1,499,999 - there are 35 compared with 26 at this time last year; inventory is down is all other ranges. 22 of the "active" listings have accepted offers and are being shown until contingencies are met.
