The price range with the largest decrease is $700,000 to $799,999 - there are 16 compared with 25 one year ago however the time on the market has increased from 104 days to 114 days. The range with the most homes for sale is the $1 million to $1,500,000 - there are 29 luxury homes in this price range but fewer than last year when there were 25.

Here is what's going on in the housing market in Wayland MA.
