The single family home market in Sudbury MA has remained steady with 97 homes sold in Sudbury between January 1, 2011 and July 31, 2011; almost exactly the same number sold during the same period in 2010. Median and average sale prices were also very close; the median sale price was $637,500; the average sale price was $699,243. In July 2011 there were 23 closed sales; exactly the same as in July 2010.
