I wonder in this market environment of REO's and Short sales where we tend to "forgive" contract dates or leave them off totally due to the bank will respond when the bank will respond, has made us tolerant and/or slack in honoring contract dates with "regular" sales.

If I did not understand clearly before what a title company is supposed to do and how important their job is to what we do as Realtors and Lenders..............I do now!

I live in EGR, so this should not surprise me, most homes here are sold by word of mouth. However after my listing hit the MLS I was amazed to find out just how many "renters" are in the area that are just waiting for the right home to come a long. (2 comments)

Yes, I do list homes..........but the majority of my business comes from buyers. I have ran into this problem more times then I care to, and it is getting worse with the current market we are in. Here is the problem:

Yesterday at WCR (Woman's Council of Realtor's) we had Jason Haywood as our guest speaker. He spoke on contributing to our F.L.O.W. project and curb appeal. Jason and his crew helped me last summer with the pilot program with F.L.O.W. and landscaped 3 yards at no cost to lower income families. Curb appeal (6 comments)
