National Trails Day 2009 will be recognized on June 6, 2009, bringing together outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds to celebrate the great natural heritage of the United States trail system. Traditionally held each year on the first Saturday in June, National Trails Day was established to recognize the value of recreational trails and the people involved in building and maintaining them. I am expanding my business area and getting my Pa license. One of Pennsylvania's requirements is to have a background check. Although Delaware's records are public, you still need the report to come from State Police. After many hours of frustrating searching for answers and phone numbers on who and where to call, I stumbled upon the Delaware Helpline, 1-800-464-HELP.
