Since my first blog FrontGate Properties has grown to 33 agents and is ranked in the top 5 companies in our MLS.  What a great group of people!  We opened the doors 12 months ago and continue to grow. We are a very education focused company. Everything we do is geared toward the Agent and helping them grow their business.  Our philosophy is that if we do that well the company will be just fine.  We do little to no advertising at the company level, but rather prefer to encourage the Agents to brand themselves.  Clients do business with the Agent-not the company.  That is a fact many national franchises would prefer their Agents did not know-but it is a fact.  90% plus of the listings that our Agents had when they joined the company came with them in a short time.  That alone should be proof that the clients choose Agents-not companies, when seeking professional advice on real estate.  It has been a great first year and promises to be better next!
