So I've recently been working with a couple who is prequalified to purchase a home for up to 400,000. They are looking in Lincoln,Ca. They are strong in their financing with 10% down....

Here is my problem! We have put in 8 offers within the last 1-2 months. All of the homes have been foreclosures....  We have been in competition with multiple offers and have not yet got one of them! One property had 46 offers!!  Can you believe it?

These good priced and good condition bank repo's are going like hotcakes!!!  Anyone got any suggestion.???

Any good listings in Lincoln??  3+ bedrooms, At least 2+ baths. 2500+ sq ft. New within last 2-3 years. upgrades must have granite kitchen and cherrywood cabinets....  Please let me know??

Hey anyone else experiencing this? I think this is going to hold prices steady. Or maybe even bring them up slightly. No one really knows....
