REAL ESTATE BLOOPER - A Case of Geographical Dispositioning - 06/11/09 09:20 PM
A demolition of a vacant residence was ordered by an Atlanta real estate group, and they handed over the job of inspection and contractual work to a local environmental services company. No address was given. Instead, GPS coordinates were specified, just to be exact. When the hired contractor arrived at the Georgia home he was prepared to demolish, he made a final phone call to the office, describing the house and getting a final confirmation that he was at the correct address.
