Many buyers come into the homebuying process with no clue of how things work.  It is our job to not only represent them but to educate them in every way possible. That means guiding them step by step from start to finish. This goes the same for sellers. Sellers may want top dollar for their property but depending on the current market and the condition of the property, this may not be possible. So, that is why being upfront, knowledgeable and precise is the key.
