How to Buy a Short Sale Condo in Miami - Be Prepared!! You probably already know the definition of a short sale...the asking price is below the sellers' mortgage payoff. So far, so good.
You probably have read that short sales are a good place to look for a bargain. Right again.
Now for the tricky part...since only about five (5) percent of the short sale listing gets sold...how can you be the one who gets one.
It is actually quite simple...Be Prepared.
Be Prepared...to pay cash. Less than twenty (20%) percent of the short sales are able to be financed.
