It appears that the plane crash in Austin, Texas was a criminal act against the IRS by a Joseph Andrew Stack from  Austin, Texas. A Joe Stack posted a suicide note on the website www.embeddedart.com . On an insurance standpoint, if this act is ruled as a certified act of terrorism then businesses and property owners would need to have purchased Terrorism Insurance.
