Cuanto lo hemos esperado por fin mas opciones para las madres ejecutivas de la zona de Brickell, ahora podran disfrutar de dos centros de cuidado de ninos en Brickell. Por fin la ciudad se ha dado cuenta de esta necesidad impetuosa de poder tener a los bebes y a los mas grandecitos tambien cerca de mama. Muchas zonas metropolitanas tienen este concepto establecido pero en Brickell siempre ha sido dificil encontrar opciones para el cuidado de los ninos por eso la iglesia la First Prebysterian Church que esta adyacente a Icon Brickell es tan popular. It looks like Brickell is coming back slowly but strongly. Is it too fast to believe in a solid recovery of the Brickell Area? According to public records and South Florida Business Journal a private equity group purchased a 1 acre lot for $5.4 Million on June 11th, 2010 from Union Credit Bank. The lot is located in the heart of the Brickell Financial District just on the north side of The Vue at Brickell and east of Axis Condominium, a block away from Mary Brickell Village, the signature Mall of the area, least to say a wonderful location! A little note to let you know that a couple of restaurants have open in the Brickell area, more choices, more flavor to the Brickell area has arrived. Let's give them a try and see how good they are! As reported today by New Times "Burger & Beer Joint" hits Mary Brickell Village the week of July 5. This sports bar will broadcast games by the end on July. Included in this casual style restaurant menu will be turkey burgers just like in its South Beach location.
