One of the toughest mortgages to obtain is the bankruptcy mobile home loan. The good news is that it's not impossible!
Many factors are taken into consideration when I qualify someone for a mortgage. One of the factors is if there was ever a bankruptcy in your past or are you in one right now. I have some great programs that allow borrowers to refinance or even purchase with this on their credit reports.
