Short Sales-HAFA Program

Several of our clients have already received letters from their lenders to do a short sale. I am glad to see that the lenders are finally moving in the right direction. With the lenders reaching out to the borrowers with the letter offering to accept a short sale, the time frame to get the short sale done will be dramatically reduced. Buyers and sellers(borrowers) will no longer have to cancel a contract and agents lose months

of work with no compensation.
