Hello all,

I made the choice this year to try and expand my business and brought on a partner.  We had really no idea of the challenges that lay ahead of us with the current mortgage situation.  We have been successful doing other things such as commercial real estate (apartment buildings) and leasing.  Really working our referral network has been an excellent source for survival and tightening up on our already excellent customer service.  It has proven to be a good year and thankfully Dallas has not had the hit that other cities have had.  I wish all of you the best and please post replies on how you are surviving the current mortgage crisis.
