In the last “What’s It Worth?” we said that we would look at the price history for a group of properties that share the same attributes; a collection of vacant shoreline lots of the same size, sharing lake access.
 
Given the variability of property in terms of size and attributes, it seemed helpful to try to find a universe of properties that were substantially alike in size, location and features.
