Just as DeflateGate subsides a new controversy arises. Yes, it’s Brian Williams appearing in the latest version of Pinocchio. Although too late to be eligible for next week’s Academy Awards, this latest telling of the story of the boy with a wild imagination and an ever growing proboscis finds me thinking of the world of real estate.

This is a recap of Washington Square Landmark District homes for sale as of April 13, 2014. All statistical information is from our local multiple listing service(mls). One of Pasadena’s favorite events is the Upper Hastings Ranch neighborhood’s annual Holiday Light Up that takes place each December. A tradition since 1952 when the ranch style neighborhood was first built, each street in the nearly 1100 home community has its own theme.
