It's Not Naughty, It's Knotty Pine in Pasadena While going through some old files I ran across one of my Pasadena listings that sold in June 2010. It was a one owner home built in 1953 on a large flower and exotic plant-filled lot. It was a bit of a time-warp but well-preserved with a definite very cool vibe. It's Easier To Take The Gold Line From Pasadena It has been reported in the Pasadena Star News that the Metro Gold Line has added additional train service. This should improve the frequency of trains during the important morning and afternoon peak traffic periods. There has been a total of five, two-car trains added on the 19.7 mile rail line between Pasadena and East Los Angeles. During the weekday morning peak time(6AM until 8:30AM) the trains will operate every six minutes. This will be repeated during the afternoon peak time(3:30PM until 6:30PM)weekdays. The visitors walked right up and introduced themselves. Nice and courteous I thought to myself.
