It has been reported in the Pasadena Star News that the Metro Gold Line has added additional train service.   This should improve the frequency of trains during the important morning and afternoon peak traffic periods.
There has been a total of five, two-car trains added on the 19.7 mile rail line between Pasadena and East Los Angeles.  During the weekday morning peak time(6AM until  8:30AM) the trains will operate every six minutes. This will be repeated during the afternoon peak time(3:30PM until 6:30PM)weekdays.

Of course you have heard of the Zillow Zestimate --- it's that magic price that the website zillow publishes that seems to anger sellers, cajole buyers and makes many Realtors wince.
I have had two buyers ask me about the Zestimate this past week. 
One said, Zillow said that house is worth $725,000.   Pretty disappointing to the owners of that particular property on the market at $995,000, don't you think?
