You may have read, watched or heard the news story concerning the CQ Press 17th annual survey of the most dangerous cities - St Lous, Missouri ranks as the worst city(read most dangerous) in America(for comparison purposes and using specific data). Colonie, New York ranks as the country's safest according to the report. The list consists of 400 cities. Locally, Pasadena ranks 290 and according to the report -23.26% below the national average. Realtor Responsibility - Condominium Lockbox-Mania I know I cannot be the only Realtor with this pet peeve. Today, while previewing/reviewing condominiums for an upcoming client, I came across the bane of many buyer agents----searching for the condominium but only after attempting to find the lockbox. Even in a smaller complex, with only one active(or pending) listing...there were no less than five lockboxes.....all without any unit or agent identificiation.
