This isn’t a political post. Not because it couldn’t be but because it isn’t the direction I am going.
Hyperbole. I’ve seen it in this forum. Discussions here and there. As well as out and about. You know, in the real world. In everyday life.
We know the subject shows up in real estate. In print. In conversation. Casually and sometimes more formally. In discussing offer terms. Or properties. Or (30 comments)

Informal Oddness or eccentricity.

Hmm...lacking a principle of organization, unpredictability. Maybe even oddness. Or eccentricity. Nah, I’m not buying that definition.
And then my mind wandered. As I pondered. How about organized randomness? Surely it must exist. Well, it does in my mind. At least I think (32 comments)
Because it’s Sunday. I ponder. And then I digress. Because I can. There’s a contest this month in the ActiveRain community about the power of networking. So instead of yet another market report...I am going to focus on this contest...well, at least my take on it. And maybe a diversion or two along the way.
