Today Affinity Real Estate, LLC went on an office caravan to preview some of our new listings. Today we previewd 4 of our listings and a bank owned property.  Our first stop was in Boles Acres at #1 Boles a two-story multi-family unit for $180,000. Our second stop was at 419 Taylor Ranch Road a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home that sits on 3.2 acres for only $170,000. Day 64 of 365 Things To Do In Alamogordo New Mexico - 09/28/10 04:43 PM
Eagle Ranch started in 1974 by the Schweers Family, they now have the largest producing pistachio grove in New Mexico. You can visit them at one of their three locations in either Alamogordo, Las Cruces, and/or the Plaza at Old Mesilla.
I am personally a frequent visitor of the "Heart of the Desert Pistachios & Wines" here just north of Alamogordo. It is my go to place for gifts to send to family, friends, and clients. I think they have a great selection of gifts to include a large assortment of pistachios and wines from our area.

Building Relationships one Blog at a Time . . . - 09/27/10 11:23 PM
I have recently read several blogs that talked aobut doing a 30 day challenge . . . so here I am starting my own 30 day challenge. The point of the challenge is to write a blog everyday for 30 days. The reason why I want to do this challenge is to improve my with my blogging; by doing something everyday it eventually becomes a habit.  
I believe blogging is a great habit for me; since it will allow me to reach out and share information which is educational, informative, and just fun to all who choose to read!

Otero County Marketing Association - - Alamogordo, NM 88310 - 09/10/10 05:33 PM
The "Otero County Marketing Assoaication"  (OCMA) was founded in 2010 by four friends (Phyllis Duncan, Becky Lane, Donald Yee, and Javier Casillas). Thanks to these four, marketing professionals of Otero County now have the oppurtuinity to network with other marketing professionals. The purpose of OCMA is to help locally owned companies market themselves and expand their knowledge of traditional and non-traditional martketing stratagies.
