I cant tell you the amount of times a clients have said can you get me a good deal and find me all your city foreclosures to which it hasnt been everything they thought it was

1. Did you know getting prequalified is not all hype.  You serioulsy dont want to lose out on the home you fell in love with because someone else had their ducks in a row is ready to buy and you arent.  That would suck!
2. Did you know prequalified is not just the bank said I should be good to go for such and such an amount?
3. Did you know a true prequalification is where they have all your paperwork, your credit score and  a locked in bank rate for you?
