wwwmicheleweselakecom: Multiple Offers In Edmonton - 03/23/11 09:19 AM
You may not believe it but in Edmonton we are experiencing multiple offers on affordable homes
Just yesterday we went to view 5 houses
1 was pending, 1 was sold , two were work,  thats four
The fifth one  was in multiples before the evening was out

While we are not in crazy multiples people are not able to lowball
Houses if priced correctly are going pretty close to list
Wow Edmonton is rocking and rolling again after correcting itself

wwwmicheleweselakecom: Stagging is Essential ! - 03/23/11 09:10 AM
What is all the fuss about staging

Think about this ....Why do you like showhomes when you see them?  They are stagged!

Because you can see your belongings in them.
They are clutter free
You can imagine yourself in them
They are decorated well
They are simple not overdone
They are neutral enough so as not to take away from the feel of yourself in it
They feel good
They inspire
Stay tuned for more reasons why stagging is essential...

wwwmicheleweselakecom: Edmonton in Spring is Fantastic! We care about our Communities! - 03/20/11 08:09 AM
As Edmontonians, we are proud of our extensive park system and our role in caring for the environment. We are continually looking at ways to improve the way we green our city and conserve our parkland.
This involves designing lower maintenance landscapes and using cultural practices to reduce pesticide usage and conserve water. We also strive to protect our beautiful urban forest for future generations by monitoring for invasive pests and reducing environmental stresses.
We support many projects that make our parks, public spaces, and communities more beautiful. They contribute to making Edmonton a beautiful place to live and visit.
