Although this is not a concern for me [I always use electronic lockboxes on ALL of my listings] I am happy to see that Fannie Mae has made "Electronic Lockboxes" a requirement for the real estate industry. This change will provide safety to our homeowners and communities, as well as require agents to accompany their buyer's to the properties. Major change for a better tomorrow in real estate.
