South Florida Foreclosures Have Decreased...Don't Let'em Fool Ya - 09/18/11 11:33 PM
 

Broward statistics reveal an over 47.5% drop in the number of foreclosures in the south Florida between Sept 2010 and Sept 2011. 
Miami, Broward and Palm Beach counties have all seen a decrease in the number of foreclosure sales in the past year.  However, the number of delenquecies are on the rise. Don't let'em fool ya...the decrease of foreclosure are a result of the robo signing scandal and new foreclosure laws, not an actual decrease.

The next time you think of speeding up at a yellow light "THINK AGAIN." Broward County will increase the number of red-light cameras and issue many more citations to those who run lights.
