The Housing Finance Authority Division has teamed up with Broward County Housing and Community Development Division to help prospective home buyers.
The 2007 Home Ownership Program offers four financing options, most of which offer DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE. The funds can be used for the purchase of new or existing single family homes, condos, and town homes. The program is NOT limited to fist time home buyers, but certain criteria must be met for qualification purposed.
