My How This Little Village Has GROWN!
My family and I are so proud to call Wellington Florida home, as we have for over a decade now. We've watched our boys grow up in this little 'Village' and my how it has grown -- in fact, the Village of Wellington has grown nearly as quickly as my boys! What a wonderful place to raise our children, live, work and play!

Some Wellington FL Subdivisions have Two Names! A majority of the subdivisions throughout Palm Beach County Florida have a subdivision sign at the entrance displaying its name. However sometimes the name written on that sign isn't the "recorded" subdivision name and this can affect both buyers and sellers in Wellington FL. When a Wellington FL real estate agent enters a new listing into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) it will automatically populate the "recorded" subdivision name into the MLS listing and unless the listing agent changes it to the familiar sign name a majority of homebuyers and even some real estate agents may … (8 comments)
