Why we blog? Do you know why you blog? My family sometimes wonders why I blog, then there’s friends who ask what I’ve been up to and I share that I am embracing social media. After trying to explain what social media is and what the heck a blog is, many just don’t get it. I live, work and play in the Buckhead/Sandy Springs areas of Atlanta, GA. I don't know really when this addiction started, and trust me, it is an addiction! However, it's a daily ritual to go by the Dunkin Donuts drive through for my daily large Decaf, Cream and Sugar. One day my mother was with me in the car, she was just mortified that the DD guy had my coffee ready and waiting out the drive through window and greeted me by name! Do sellers have to sell at appraisal price? We were recently working to put a deal together, but couldn't as the buyers wanted us to agree to sell at appraisal price. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to terms, so no deal. We were willing to negotiate if the appraisal wasn't for the sales price, but we were not willing to sell for the appraisal price without knowing it ahead of time. What do you think? One of the first landmarks I remember seeing in Atlanta was the Population Number at The Darlington off Peachtree Rd. In 1982 it had a number at approximately 1.8 Million. New Peachtree Dunwoody Bridge OPEN - March 23rd 2010!!!! Sandy Springs GA After some crazy weather and flooding, the City of Sandy Springs was forced to close the Peachtree Dunwoody Bridge over Nancy Creek on September 22nd, 2009 when they realized the center support had completely given way on the old bridge.
