Last week, we had the great pleasure of staging another beautiful home in Encino for my favorite builder. We moved the furniture and our accessories from a different Encino home we had staged for him which sold. I love working with this builder because the quality of construction is excellent, his attention to detail is amazing and his homes are always so well designed. Both houses are similar in style, and while the square footage of each house was different, we staged the same number of rooms (except for one bedroom, a wine cellar and media room).
