I wrote that the homeowner was so excited after we staged his home that he raised the listing price by $200,000.00 from $2.78 million to $2.98 million. Last week I was called to stage a vacant home that had been on the market for 8 weeks with no offers. The home was listed previously at $779,000. It is in a very good location, in Woodland Hills, CA, but the home has some "issues" and despite holding open houses (20 comments)
