So I am excited...I can't sleep..It's the Daytona Beach Technology Fair 2008.  Imagine Bob Stewart called me from Daytona Beach! 
I did a podcast for the class I will be teaching..it's my first and definitely won't be my last..I need practice..but I am pleased and I must admit..it was pretty easy. I used Podbean for hosting...and the best part,  it's FREE!

Each morning I have a routine..I turn the computer on, feed the cats and turn on the coffee maker.  Once the coffee is brewed..I get online and get into my brower.  I end up at all of my favorite places one of them being twitter! 
Last month Sarah Cooper and I were reminiscing of how we all went pink last year..and how we needed to do it again. We talked about it..and tried to set a date.  Too many things happening..and we didn't have the time.

Memorial Day is a special day to me and many others.  Growing up and throughout my life I have always been patriotic..I am lucky...I was born on American soil in Japan.  Because my father was American..it was my gift..my luck..I am proud.
There is something to be said about people who place other's first and fight for their country..for what is right..for what is good..and yes they follow orders!  It's their job and I am grateful for them!

Today I had to email Lenn Harley looking for a favor. Now one thing I know about Lenn, boy does she ever work and work hard. Probably different from many, I have had the chance to chat a few times and I am so mesmorized talking with her and today I learned a valuable lesson from her..she is without a doubt an impressive Broker.

Recently I did a google search for my full name and I found that I had indeed signed up for a REALTOR.COM Blog.  Never started it and never used but I did one time sign up for one a long time ago.

For some reason REALTOR.COM does make me nervous..Have you ever tried to get your money back from services they provide?...it can be a very long drawn out process and sometimes not successful.
I am just wondering if anyone has or is using it?  Do you like it?  Has it enhanced your business?

I know that everyone has their opinion of widgets on profile pages but I happen to like all of mine. But one thing I did was adjust mine...not everyone has the same internet connections...same computer speed or even the same size monitors.
The more I  blog the more aware I become.  My favorite widget that I have is my geovisite globe! 

The globe to me is much more than tracking...
1. First everyday I get the total number of readers.
2. Next I get the total number of visitors based on country.

Yesterday I had a conversation with someone three times, each time I would end the conversation very abruptly, with OK, I'll talk to you later. Made sure and said goodbye and then click!
When it gets heated sometimes you just have to hang up that phone to turn around and attempt the conversation again.
Once we got back on the phone both of us did acknowledge it was best to end conversations when it got too heated...

I am what some would call a non traditional mom. Yes I have 4 sons...2 biologically..1 adopted and a stepson..the kids range from 25 to 10. When the boys came home it was usually with 10 of their friends.

Friday I was on the phone with a bank, funny thing there were 3 of us who contacted the bank and three of us who spoke to the bank and all with different info. A couple of things you should think about before working on short sales..

Get the seller involved, if the seller will cooperate with you in getting docs in a timely fashion to you, speak the truth and assist with correspondence with the bank..you have solved about 60% of your challenges.
