A few emails triggered this post, one of the questions I received is because someone doesn't use activerain anymore, should they delete their content. The downplay of the featured post makes me laugh sometimes. There are those that state they aren't a big deal or its not important. Then there are those like myself who openly admit...I love featured posts! C'mon now admit it! Well I am coming up to my 2 year anniversary on the rain. As I sat and read blogposts today..I felt a bit sad. It wasn't the posts that I was reading that bothered me it was some of the thoughtless comments I read in a few posts. Now I know all opinions are welcomed and you have your voice but I have to ask.. I haven't been commenting much, I have been such a busy bee. Just like the title states We adopted a platoon. We were told don't worry about all 95, just do what you can. We wanted to take care of them all....the best way we can. Just like parents we do what we do and we do what we can. We didn't spend a lot of money....We decided to send them a few pieces of home. One of the things I love about being a Real Estate Trainer is helping associates to be better. While I strive for them to be the best as a trainer, my job really is about making people better. A better Real Estate Professional, a better webmaster a better business manager. It's all about being better.

I am an Internet junkie, not a techie but I love surfing and trying out new things on the web. In 2006 I remember reading about a NEW Real Estate Social Network... I think it started from the NAR site, which led me to the FAR site which led me to point2agent finally Activerain. You get the picture, I love links, a faster way to surf.

When I relocated to Volusia County, I was a payoff person for a title company. I can't say that being a payoff person was an exciting line of work but I made it that way. I would talk to the loan officers every day sometimes several times a day and I got to know them. I shared their joy, anger, upset and victories! Yes we did it together.
One of my favorite Loan officers name was Kevin Fishback, a new loan officer in Kentucky, had to show him the ropes, you know getting his payoffs! He had a nice voice so it was always pleasant to talk … (20 comments)
