Last year Jeannette and I sent out hundreds of samples of our Prelisting Presentation that we created during the Makeover2takeover.  While we only sent a sample of the presentation, we are still recieving many requests. 
2010 is going to be a fantastic year and I am truly excited.  There are many changes for me and I am sure I am not alone. Our business is changing and the tools required are changing!

One of the best gifts I have ever received from social networking is friendships...friendships that lead us off-line and into one another's lives.
Jeannette Neerpat and I really did not interact that often on Activerain...believe it or not..it was a tweet!  I admit I am not the best twit but at one time...I was pretty good...

EDIT-EDIT-EDIT- This post has been revised due to miscommunication!  This post is no way a dig towards anyone but in fact a mistake made by both the mentor and the apprentice and the opinions vary.  See after writing this post...I went back and reread the challenge..and again and again..Call it a brain freeze or maybe I just need a vacation..but we both saw it as a 1 page word doc. To me it could be taken either way!
I asked around the office, 1 vote..1 page doc and another 1 single attachment. Then I went home and asked the computer scientist.

One of the interesting things about being a real estate trainer is many times good agents could be better and bad agents become good.  Not enough in this day and age..because real estate is really competitive.  I don't mean just by the industry professionals..its our world today.

 
With the various types of models and the wealth of information availabe today being good just doesn't cut it.  You must be superior in order to get good results. 
Imagine the results if you are mediocre. It's been my experience...mediocre produces bad results or no results at all.

Each morning I have a routine..I turn the computer on, feed the cats and turn on the coffee maker.  Once the coffee is brewed..I get online and get into my brower.  I end up at all of my favorite places one of them being twitter! 
Last month Sarah Cooper and I were reminiscing of how we all went pink last year..and how we needed to do it again. We talked about it..and tried to set a date.  Too many things happening..and we didn't have the time.
