Some interesting ongoing debates...throughout the blogosphere...people seem to STILL feel contempt towards the big dawgs...you know REALTOR.com.....Zillow and Trulia....
A question was posed to me...why send them to these places when they should be hitting your site...the point is CONSUMERS should be hitting your site...no debate here BUT when I think of what we do as listing agents...our job is to market listings to anyone and everyone and if that means its not your site?  It's bad and wrong????

Goodbye 2008...what a year!...and I look forward to 2009! 
I've been getting a lot of emails with questions about various topics in real estate and its interesting..because we all have so many different points of view. 
But when someone comes to me for assistance...
I tell them what I think and its up to them to decide and implement or not.
As I read opinions on the rain...it's clear no two agents are alike or trainers for that matter...but as 2009 approaches..I tend to take my dads advice...

Tomorrow will officially be the start of the second half of the year!  It's an important time to go back and re-evalute your goals, your listings and your potential. 
If your career needs a boost..it's important to re-evalute what you are doing wrong and what you can improve on. Don't focus on what you are doing right but be realistic in what you might think you are doing wrong and change it!
