Each month as we prepare for the Blogger's Choice Selections, I watch the numbers..all of the numbers.
This year we started out with 62 members, we have now officially grown to 188 members!
In February when I posted The Activerain Featured Dashboard Is Not Enough there were 67,888 members, see how big Activerain is today?...
89, 376 members and still growing.. Featured posts on the dashboard still the same and only 16 at any given time.
So you want a featured Post-Doesn't Everyone?..give them a second chance and have them featured in the Blogger's Choice Group.

I remember meeting a bunch of rainers...I was actually nervous...hey alot of talent in one room...sometimes on the phone I feel the same way.
This year I have the privilege of co-moderating the Blogger's Choice Selection Group..sometimes it causes me to make a phone call and sometimes when I do...
I get star struck, I admit it do you?
Now don't laugh but sometimes I have to pump myself up...I shake out the fingers...brush my hair back...and dial that number.

I have to ask...Have you ever spoken to Lola Audu? What a beautiful spirit...warm, thoughtful and extremely intelligent. I could listen to her for hours on end...Her mind...is sharp, quick and very unique.
She threw information at me that I found fascinating...and the woman knows how to probe...how to interact....how to communicate. After our conversation I felt warmth and comfort...and knew I was on the right path with moderating the group.
The network is growing..how the heck will you be found?..what are you doing for yourself to get your posts read?

Currently there are 67,888 members and 1621 and by the time I post this...the numbers will have changed...there can only be 16 featured posts on the dashboard on any given time.
One of the things that I have noticed....as time progressed...and more people joined...and the network got bigger...the writing on the rain got better and better. In my mind that is where the groups play a very important role.
Now the beautiful thing about groups...they have group founders and moderators...not different from the Hot Tamale's that run this network but the difference is the Hot Tamale's have many more blog posts to … (52 comments)
