Many Activerainer's are coming up on their 2 year anniversary and in those two years I do believe we will agree boy things have changed. Yes as an old timer, while I did not have such a loud voice and had no clue as what to do..it was fun learning and building and growing. I can remember things as if it were yesterday and I was so intimidated..so afraid..to connect..to socialize..to really know my fellow real estate industry professionals.

I can remember plain as day as to what I was doing the fateful day in 2001. I was trying to call banks to work my way into opening a mortgage company. I could not understand why I could not get through. I heard noise in our office building, noise that scared me. Yelling, crying and a real fear that filled the air. What has everyone gone crazy? Then I received a phone call, I had no idea. My initial reaction....I cried....I was scared. All I could think about was my kids, they were in school, what was happening? Recently we have hired a new call coordinator for one of our offices, The Ormond By The Sea office. When this happens it deeply affects my production and my office dynamics. You see Lysa Napolitano is my call coordinator, that's right she is mine, mine, mine and I take great pride in that but once again she has left me. As I travel through the blogosphere I notice as time goes on I share more of myself, things and thoughts that might have been tucked away, things that I never thought I would have to face. My heart and my mind are so open and like a sponge, I absorb what the writer is feeling. Of course not on the same level but it is as if they are my extended family, I personally know them, after-all, I read about them everyday. Indeed they are my extended family.
