It's been a year since the Makeover2Takeover Contest here on ActiveRain.  One thing Jeannette Neerpat and myself offered was a copy of our Pre-listing template and the 180 tasks of REALTOR.

Prelisting Template From The Makeover2Takeover To this day I am still recieving requests...and today...I am offering a link so that you can help yourself.  See my thoughts were to grow my database by having people inquire via email.

Jeannette Neepat had surgery today...it was a success and knowing Jeannette she'll be back on her feet before we know it...please send her warm wishes to let her know we are all thinking of her.

 
It was a year ago that Jeannette and I became friends through the Makeover2Takeover contest..my perky little friend sounded like she needed some cheering up....nothing like online friends to do just that!
She is a social media Nut...so you can send her warm wishes just about anywhere online!

One of the best gifts I have ever received from social networking is friendships...friendships that lead us off-line and into one another's lives.
Jeannette Neerpat and I really did not interact that often on Activerain...believe it or not..it was a tweet!  I admit I am not the best twit but at one time...I was pretty good...
Good enough to meet Jeannette...mentor her and for her to take 3rd Place in the Makeover2Takeover..when you really think about it..social networking is really incredible but what is remarkable is our friendship..I know I can count on her and she can count on me...our friendship … (14 comments)

It's time...2 years...being on the rain faithfully everyday..sometimes all day...just about any day you will find me on the rain.
Will it be easy?  Nope..I'll miss my friends...the interactions..and most of all writing on the rain. I love Activerain but I am consumed..consumed with unfinished projects...new projects and everyday life.
Why the shift?  I've grown, I've changed and I am ready...ready to expand and grow and follow my dreams!

Mom and Dad renewed their vows and it was such a beautiful event.  As my father kissed the bride..it was just another reminder..that life is good...but definitely not easy. 
50 years...7 children....11 grandchildren...and still so in love with one another.  As they took their stroll down the isle...I don't think there was a dry eye in sight and my excitement grew knowing Jeannette would be here.

It's Friday and I am so happy, I sing my It's Friday song and did my happy dance but I worry.  The Challenge this week in the Makeover2Takeover contest is to post to localism and revamp our profiles. Are we finished...NO!
This week has gone by very quickly and as usual life happens.  I did not return to work until Tuesday..I really need 5 days a week.
Last night was the Daytona Area Association of REALTORS Housing Fair with the City of Daytona Beach.  Last night we did manage to get 19 potential buyer's names and phone numbers.  Not bad for … (7 comments)

One of the interesting things about being a real estate trainer is many times good agents could be better and bad agents become good.  Not enough in this day and age..because real estate is really competitive.  I don't mean just by the industry professionals..its our world today.

 
With the various types of models and the wealth of information availabe today being good just doesn't cut it.  You must be superior in order to get good results. 
Imagine the results if you are mediocre. It's been my experience...mediocre produces bad results or no results at all.
