nancy dance: A Very Sad Day For The Sundance Family! Godspeed George Dance - 10/03/08 04:06 PM
Today my heart is extremely heavy.  It's a very sad day for the CENTURY 21 Sundance Family and the Dance family.  George Dance, loving husband to Nancy Dance and father and grandfather of a very large group passed away today.

Not only was he a pillar in the community but has inspired many including myself and many others. 
There really are no words to make things better, there are only memories that we all keep close to our hearts. 
Funeral arrangements have been made:

Nancy Dance is my boss, the owner of CENTURY 21 Sundance Realty, President of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS and an extraordinary broker.  She means a lot to me and so many others.

 
When you look at her you know...she knows her business...when you listen to her talk you know...she knows life..but most of all when you experience her smile...she reminds me..to enjoy life..to me she's a warrior..
I admire her..
I respect her but most of all I really appreciate her.
She is opinionated...she is warm..she is tough..

This morning I sat through a mock arbitration and mediation.  Its amazing to me what you can learn from your local Board of Realtors.  Nancy Dance did a great job but I have to say, it was ruled that David Wyant was awarded the $33,000 commission. 
Keep in mind this was a mock mediation and arbitration.
While there I learned something new that made me realize I do believe many Realtors are Violating the Code of Ethics. 
"The National Association of Realtors, Code of Ethics."
One of the responsibilities of a Realtor is to protect the public from harm.

I can remember my first encounter with Nancy Dance!  She actually hired me word of mouth. 
That's right, she did not know me from Adam.
I can remember sitting with her and Nancy-Ellen Otte in the conference room of the Ormond Beach office and feeling their positive energy.
Yes, I knew right off the bat, I wanted to be part of this great company!
You see when I relocated from Pompano Beach, Florida and moved to Daytona Beach I was in a very dark place.  A place I wish no one to be. 
Life events caused me to move...move for my own survival.  In 2001 my sister passed away … (24 comments)

I spent my Saturday at Silver Sands Middle School in Port Orange, Florida.  It was a martial arts competition. ATA,  The American Taekwondo Association.

See these little guys, well one of them is the reason why I attended. 
Our very own Nancy Dance, no not the Nancy Dance who owns the company.  It is her daughter in law's son (grandson) who participated in the competition.  We have 3 Nancy's, I often refer to them as the Nancy's!  Nancy Dance, Nancy-Ellen Dance-Otte and Nancy T. Dance (married to George Dance).
