Today I sat through a REALTOR Code of Ethics Training...yes, I try and take it every year. I know you can do it free on line. "Failure to comply with this required ethics training is a violation of a membership duty for which the member’s primary association will suspend membership until the training is complete." For me I like to sit in a classroom..I like to socialize...gather and most of all learn..my goal in every training is to learn something new so that I may share with others.. Did You Know? For some reason REALTOR.COM does make me nervous..Have you ever tried to get your money back from services they provide?...it can be a very long drawn out process and sometimes not successful. I am an Internet junkie, not a techie but I love surfing and trying out new things on the web. In 2006 I remember reading about a NEW Real Estate Social Network... I think it started from the NAR site, which led me to the FAR site which led me to point2agent finally Activerain. You get the picture, I love links, a faster way to surf.

Let's see, member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the Daytona Beach Association of Realtors. OK, we have the Florida Real Estate Commission, the Realtor Code of Ethics, our Board Rules and Company Policy, I think you get the message. Lots of rules but what about MY CODE OF HONOR?
