A Note To all Lenders and Financial Institutions If you want to get it right and get properties sold..I would concern yourself with the agents selected to do BPO's. Friday I received and order and I declined it...while some would think it was crazy...I did what was best for the market.
In all fairness don't think for a minute I do not need the income..I'm not above doing BPO's...and just like many others I need the income coming in or I won't sleep at night then again...doing something that I believe would hurt other parties..would cause insomnia!

With real estate professionals and seller's teamwork is a give and take thing. To me, sometimes seller's expectations can be overwhelming and unrealistic. Their methods or ideas of how we are supposed to sell real estate are sometimes obsolete or outdated.
Yes as professionals we sometimes do things to appease the seller...for me I'll appease the seller... but if my task is not effective....
I expect something in return....I give....I get!

Well Sunday we will be holding an open house for my parents.
Neal and I have been on the phone all week working together to get my parents to their new home!

Yes my husband knows and now refers to him as my on-line boyfriend, he has come to terms with the fact, not only do I spend my weekends with him but I also spend a couple hours a week on the phone and we chat through e-mail. Yesterday my whole world changed! Change is inevitable and for me it is welcomed, but sometimes it is hard to take.
Yesterday at 6:20 am I put my 21 year old son on a Greyhound bus. Yes, he is my baby. We left the house at 3:20 am and shared a few tender moments before heading back to South Florida.
