Yesterday I had an awesome chat with Bill Gassett- an interesting thing came up when we were chatting! He uses the point2agent sites and so do I.

Recently point2agent announced that they would be charging $9.95 a month...its small peanuts for the benefits that I have received. Bill has been a paying customer forever...
We discussed the outside blogs...and I got excited that my new site has been indexed...and it got me thinking...I wonder just how many just use FREE versions of on line marketing tools? And refuse to pay for anything online.

Yesterday I had a great conversation with Maggie Dokic. We talked about how we are both in the "Mode!" What I mean by in the Mode is the revamping and putting our systems into place and preparing for a better 2008. Being focused and working hard to achieve our goals.

When starting my career in Real Estate in the early 90’s I was told to make sure and have at least 1 year in savings to start my new venture. I ended up selling my first property after 9 months of being in the business, 2 companies later and taking 3 unsaleable listings .
