problogger: Problogger Challenge is Killing Me! - 04/22/09 08:43 AM
OK, not really everyone knows how much I admire the  problogger, Darren Rowse.  One thing that happened during this 31 day challenge is he got me in gear..with the help of the computer scientist and my brother...those neglected...abused and ignored blogs that I have created are starting to have some life again.

 
I have 6 outside blogs being serviced right now...meaning...cleaning them up...adding the correct plug ins and  content...different content from my 4 activerain sources and getting them ready to unleash to the world.
Its been hard work...and fun watching them transform daily...and in truth I have been busy!   … (19 comments)

Let's go back..back a time....remember the Laurie Manny Challenge? She challenged us to go out of the rain and read other blogs and bring back some of our favorites.   It seems one of the common bloggers on our lists was Problogger -Darren Rowse! 

 
While she didn't introduce me to him..his name was mentioned over and over again in the challenge..and since that day...
I've been reading him regularly and have become a huge fan!
Fast forward a year later, I had the pleasure of interviewing the man himself via a blog post.

problogger: Need Help With Computer Skills? FREE Online Classes! - 01/27/09 06:34 AM
As a trainer it's difficult to train someone to blog or even send an e-mail if the person sending the email can't find the keys on the keyboard. Or they try to do something on line and skip a step and refuse to read the tutorial.  While it's logical to me..some fail to realize by skipping one step can and probably will prevent you from completing your goal..on the computer that is!
Being online can be overwhelming and it's clear to me that some should block off some time every single week to upgrade their computer skills.  Do you need help … (26 comments)

I get Problogger in my email everyday!  It seems when I am trying to improve on certain skills in blogging..the articles on his blog somehow points to me.  Remember the song, "You're So Vain"?????  Problogger-Are you talking to me? Well yes, his posts are written for me and for you and anyone else who wants to improve their skills.  He writes about things we often ponder..and today I was wondering? I'm always thinking of ways to be more efficient..because time management is my weakness or is it?  There are days that I feel like I get nothing accomplished and then there are the days..Where I think of the song, You Can't Touch This..I'm a steam roller and somehow I just get it all done!
But I admit if I take a look at everything I do..getting back to people in a timely fashion is something I can always improve on...just think about this:

Recently I have decided to reduce the amount of time I spend on the rain.  Its not easy especially for someone so addicted. 
One of the things that made me go this route was the fact that now I am expected to have a second life..
I'm soooooo busy with the first one but I managed to get set up and situated and I have to admit I really like it.  
Hey I'm a hot blond in my second life that's because I can't resemble Nancy Dance!
Its like playing barbies for me or better yet...The Sims...
