I got a call from an Investor..  The interesting thing about this investor...he is participating in a new program available to the public.   
I've listened to some of the webinars...and I have had the chance to look at the contracts..and skim through the book.   When they say full disclosure... they aren't kidding...everything is disclosed.....right in the sales contract...I am impressed..but very skeptical!
I sat with this gentleman for over 2 hours...he had questions...I had questions..I was very curious...another investment program...

Adrian: "Yeah. Beethoven was deaf. Helen Keller was blind. I think Rocky's got a good chance." Doesn't matter who I talk to and in any state, if you ask how's biz.. on most occasions there is a hesitation...then the tone changes..to the ever dreaded...business is slow voice.
This morning when I walked in my office..activity..one was turning in a closed file...another finalizing her pending sale and excited about her new listing..the listing machine was doing the usual and was in front of people...price reductions...offers being negotiating...heck in one of the other offices..one of our agents has 4 pendings for the week....while … (7 comments)

I have been around many real estate professionals this past week. Yes, I have spent a lot of the week training, board meetings and attending corporate meetings.
I have been exposed to many starving Realtors and some very successful ones. Many with similar attitudes. Bad attitudes! Negative thoughts and words.

You can tell the top producers in the market place, they choose who they  listen to.
They quickly walk away when someone is talking negative about the market. 
In their minds they will be successful regardless.
For them it doesn't matter what the market is doing.
